Grant Awarded: Advancing a Novel pH-Independent Duodenal System

BDD is pleased to announce that we have been awarded a grant to fast-track the development of our novel duodenal drug-delivery platform.

Why did we develop this? Because we know that traditional pH-dependent systems often give inconsistent results.

How do we know this? Decades of in vivo data from our scintigraphic imaging studies have shown that duodenal transit is significantly shorter than the time required for removal of  pH-dependent coatings.

Our platform is a truly novel pH-independent system and we are excited to advance it into a scintigraphic clinical trial in the near future.

If you would like to learn more about how our unrivalled knowledge of in vivo product performance gives us a unique advantage in developing products that work not just in vitro, but in vivo too, get in touch or watch this space for futher updates.
